The Laurier student community continues to rise to the challenges presented by COVID-19 while demonstrating incredible strength and resiliency to keep each other safe throughout the pandemic. We recognize and value all you do to contribute to our community.
A few reminders from us to keep everyone safe:
- We strongly encourage students to make smart choices and follow public health guidelines. The risks associated with COVID-19 and large gatherings are still present and it’s important that we continue to care for each other, our families, our health care institutions, and the broader community
- Respect each other’s boundaries and remember, not only is consent golden, it is mandatory
- Please attend your scheduled classes as March 17 is a regular school day
- We encourage you to take part in healthy activities, such as booking an appointment to give blood on March 17 at blood.ca for the GSA blood donor clinic
We have adapted and grown together over the past few years. Let us grow once again and find creative ways to be together, build our community, and celebrate St. Patrick’s Day safely.
Remember that the Students’ Union and Graduate Students’ Association are always available to provide support.
