We're Hiring our Vice President Team for the 2025-2026 Academic Year!

ABOUT US: The Students' Union represents all undergraduates students at Wilfrid Laurier University. We are a separate entity from the institution itself and therefore we operate independently from the University. We are a Not-For-Profit Organization which provides opportunities to students so they can take their university experience outside of the classroom. Our team is led by an undergraduate student President and Board of Directors who are elected annually by the undergraduate student body. We are passionate about the student experience, and always looking for ways to improve our members' post-secondary journey.


SUMMARY: Reporting to the President and CEO, you will be focused on creating and executing an Annual Plan which provides and enhances a comprehensive experience for your department and our members. To be successful in this role you will need to have strong leadership skills, excellent written and verbal communication, time management and organizational skills, as well as be adept at problem-solving from a lens of diversity and equitability.

POSITION LEVEL: Full-time, contract (12-months from May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026)

SALARY RANGE: $44,927.30 per annum

REPORTS TO: President & CEO
