O-Week 2018: Concert Night!

Our Laurier Brantford O-Week Welcome Back Concert is Friday September 7th  at NV Night Club and is FREE for First Year Laurier students who RSVP for O-Week!  Learn all about our headliners; Tokyo Police Club, as well as Neon Dreams and Paqs!

Tokyo Police Club

Despite their misleading name, Tokyo Police Club is an indie-rock band from Newmarket, Ontario. Typically a household name when discussing Canadian music, Tokyo Police Club has been performing since 2005! Known for their albums Elephant Shell, Champ, and Forcefield. Their newest album, TPC, comes out October 5th, and they’re going on tour following the release!

Neon Dreams

Neon Dreams is a Canadian 4-piece EDM band that draws freely upon pop, rock, hip-hop, and reggae elements. The 4 artists have been playing together for 9 years, so their stage presence and chemistry are truly captivating. Reigning from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Neon Dreams is making waves in the music scene after being recognized by Waka Flocka Flame for remixing a couple of his tracks; Hard in the Paint and 50k.
