Williams Fresh Café

We couldn’t talk about gathering in Brantford without mentioning Williams! Our bi-weekly trivia takes place here every Wednesday night, they have all day breakfast, and it’s a quick stop on the way to Grand River Hall! Proudly student owned and operated by the Students’ Union!

Golden Grounds/RCW Lobby

Golden Grounds is a Laurier Brantford staple if you’re heading to class and need a pick me up! They have coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and a small assortment of food and baked goods! Many Hawks grab a bite and hang out in the lobby, whether they’re studying, talking to friends, or waiting for class to start. Proudly student owned and operated by the Students’ Union!

The Works

Next on the list is this Brantford classic: the Works. With a massive list of burgers and a plethora of ways to customize your meal, how could you ever get bored?! Not to mention their *bottomless* fries and outstanding milkshakes really seal the deal here at LB!

Revolution Coffee Company

This newcomer is showing lots of potential on the Laurier Brantford campus! They have cold brew coffee and kombucha on tap, and a rotating menu to keep things new and exciting! With lots of comfy couches and big screen TVs usually streaming sports, who wouldn’t love to kill a couple hours here with some friends?!

Warmington’s Bistro

Right across from Post House, Warmington’s Bistro makes some of the best French fries in town. They have a wicked student discount, just make sure to bring some cash or use their ATM! They have live music every Friday night, and the ambiance is perfect for doing a little studying.

The Devil’s Bench

Also known as Brantford’s home for hobbies! They’re the go-to spot for local gamers to play and hang out. In addition to being a close-knit and welcoming board game café, they also have an array of comics to read, their TVs are always streaming Twitch, speed runs, or classic cartoons, and they record a weekly podcast.
